(224/365 - Oct. 4, 2011) I’m back up over 200 pounds… with a weight vest! Ha! Today, I decided to shake up my routine and wore a 25-pound weighted vest for my entire workout. I did 20 minutes on Jacob’s Ladder, 20 minutes on the Stairmaster, and 20 minutes on the treadmill. It was intense, but just the kind of shakeup my routine needed.
